We are Searching for a "Bank Advisor"

Position Summary:

As a Bank Advisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the opening of client accounts with various financial institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with opening bank accounts for their businesses in Dubai.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial needs, goals, and preferences to recommend suitable banking solutions and products.
  • Guide clients through the account opening process, including the completion of necessary documentation, compliance checks, and due diligence procedures.
  • Liaise with partner banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth and timely account opening procedures on behalf of clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on banking regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to corporate banking in the UAE.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and business development, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client services.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to clients, maximizing revenue generation and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about changes in banking regulations, tax laws, and economic developments that may impact clients' financial interests or business operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all client interactions and business dealings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in banking, financial advisory, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the UAE banking sector.
  • Familiarity with the process of company formation and business setup in Dubai and the associated banking requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Details:

  • Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
  • Two days off (Saturday, Sunday).
  • Private medical insurance.
