Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling mainland and freezone licensing processes, visa applications, external approvals, government services, and drafting legal documents. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and government authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of mainland and freezone licensing for clients, including new applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for business operations.
- Facilitate visa applications for employees, investors, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and requirements.
- Oversee the drafting and preparation of legal documents, including letters, powers of attorney (POA), and memoranda of association (MOA), as needed.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and government procedures.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, legal advisors, and service providers, to expedite processes and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing, visa, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and government policies that may impact clients' business operations or licensing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and tele-consultants, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all client interactions and business dealings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in business setup consultancy or related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of mainland and freezone licensing processes, visa procedures, and government regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including letters, POA, and MOA, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and government authorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Details:
- Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
- Two days off (Saturday, Sunday).
