We are Searching for a "Finance Manager"

Position Summary:

he Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing our finance team and overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, internal expenses, and financial product sales. Experience in the business setup industry is a plus.


  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, including the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
  • Manage internal expenses, including procurement, vendor payments, and expense reimbursement, to optimize cost efficiency and control expenditures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate the sale of financial products to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on investment opportunities and wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage VAT registration and filing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of VAT returns and compliance with VAT regulations.
  • Oversee corporate tax registration and filing activities, liaising with tax authorities and external advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review and decision-making purposes.
  • Implement cost management strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce overhead costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws that may impact the company's financial operations or reporting requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management.
  • Experience in the business setup industry or related field is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management strategies.
  • Experience in VAT registration, filing, and compliance is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with corporate tax registration and filing requirements in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
  • Two days off (Saturday, Sunday).
  • Private medical insurance.
