We are Searching for a "Russian Business Setup Advisor"
Position Summary :
As a business startup advisor you 'll assist entrepreneurs with the sometimes complex procedures involved in setting up a business. They then become a key player in a business’s development, helping the business owners progress calmly through all the stages of business creation.
Responsibilities:
- Has good sales acumen, applies client knowledge, sales, opportunity management and contract processes to structure high impact solutions for clients.
- Be proficient in local UAE laws & regulations.
- Be familiar with UAE labor & immigration ministries and other government bodies.
- Plan and execute business setup process in offshore, Dubai mainland and Free Zone authorities.
- Initiate sales process, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing deals.
- Facilitating and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business.
- Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE.
- Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different zones in UAE.
- Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of application.
- Establish and maintain good linkages with known main referral routes and business set up consultants.
- Attend networking events to promote company services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a business setup advisor ,working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE.
- Must be a resident of Dubai.
- Fluency in English and Russian is a Must.
- Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Good analytical skills to conduct needs assessments, analyze data and produce clearly defined reports and action plans
- Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
Job Details:
- Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
- Two days off (Saturday, Sunday).
