We are Searching for a "Typist."
Position Summary:
As Typist you will be responsible for processing managing and processing a variety of online applications and documents.
Responsibilities:
- Typing and processing applications with speed and accuracy.
- Handling online applications related to passports, labor, and E-channel services.
- Ensuring all documents and applications are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing and organizing documents effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless process flow.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest procedures and regulations related to passports, labor, and E-channel services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a typing center.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of words per minute.
- Extensive experience with online applications related to passports, labor, and E-channel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Dubai.
Job Details:
- Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
- Two days off (Saturday, Sunday).
- Private medical insurance.
