Welcome to Freezoner! These terms and conditions govern the business setup services provided by Freezoner as outlined in our UAE Business Setup Proposal. By signing the proposal, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully.
Upon signing the proposal, you acknowledge and agree that Freezoner will serve as your official governmental agent. In this capacity, we are authorized to represent you in all matters related to governmental requirements necessary for the setup and operation of your business in the UAE. This includes, but is not limited to, company registration, visa applications, and compliance with local regulations.
The fees for our services are as outlined in the UAE Business Setup Proposal. Payment terms are stipulated in the proposal, and adherence to these terms is required to commence and continue the provision of services.
Freezoner shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with UAE laws and regulations, nor for delays caused by governmental processes or your failure to provide necessary information promptly.
These terms and conditions may be amended by Freezoner at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or by direct communication to you.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
These terms and conditions, together with the signed UAE Business Setup Proposal, constitute the entire agreement between Freezoner and yourself concerning your business setup in the UAE.
